Plastering profiles rationalise the work process
and simplify the creation of technically and optically perfect joints. In
addition, special edge profiles protect the plastered surfaces of a building
against mechanical damage even during the later usage phase. As a rule,
plastering profiles consist of galvanised steel sheeting, light metal and
stainless steel sheets or plastic, mainly PVC. They are used as corner protection beads, cover strip profiles for expansion joints and as connection profiles at the transition from plaster to other materials.
The profiles are to be fixed over the complete height
of the wall or over the complete length of the ceiling in accordance with the
details of the respective manufacturer. Setting of profiles is an independent
performance which is to be mentioned clearly in the request for tenders and is
to be reimbursed separately.
The plastering profiles are added with MultiGips Stuckgips for example.
